“ Fantastic food and service. When entering we realized we were the only people there. We were immediately greeted and taken to our table. Restaurant was clean, staff were all pleasant. Service was fast and food was fantastic and very reasonably price. We both had chicken tikka masala with rice and naans, plus sodas and then order 2 naans to take home since my husband and I ended up splitting one dinner and had a full extra chicken tikka masala and rice to take home with us. ”

“ My family and I walked in about 30 minutes before closing. The restaurant was understaffed due to an intense heat wave, and despite the fact, our waiter Tanveer was very patient and helpful with our order, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had about the menu. He was a fantastic host and very hospitable despite us staying over an hour after closing. The food was incredible! I can honestly and confidently say that I tried the best butter chicken I have ever had at Delhi Palace. The Tandoori meats were also so good; thank you Chef Bakir. That man is one hell of a cook! Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience and meal. We will definitely be coming back whenever we are in the Buffalo area. ”

“ The food is amazing. The servers are very curious and make sure you have what you need. The food takes very little time to come out and it's perfect every time. I ordered the vindaloo "very spicy". Other restaurants bring me mild. When it came out here it was spot on. Hot, made me sniffle and I loved every bite. This is not my first visit here and it won't be my last. ”

“ Delicious and authentic food! I visited this restaurant for the first time with my family and really enjoyed my experience. The restaurant is in the space where an old sports bar used to be. It was lovely seeing the space redone! Upon being seated, we were directed to order using a QR code on our table. The older members of my group were a little confused by that, but we later got clarity that we could order directly from a server as well. I found ordering via the code to be easy. Also, when we put in the order, food started coming out to us right away. We started with papadam, which came with onion, mint, and tamarind chutneys. Additionally, we got veg samosas and mixed veg pakoras. We also requested our raitia with the appetizers. The mixed veg pakoras were perfectly crispy and the samosas were big and cooked brilliantly. The raitia was of a thinner consistency than I'm used to, but my table liked the flavor. I chose the paneer makhani as my entree with a medium spice level. The curry base was thick and a little more tomato-based than I'm used to with that dish. It was extremely tasty and the paneer was firm and clearly fresh. I would definitely choose that dish again. After eating, one of the owners brought us over some savory crispy bread and some dessert (jalebi) as a free treat. She told us she was doing that for all her guests during the season of Ramadan. The surprise treats were fantastic and very well received by my group. Also, I noticed that the jalebi was the best I've ever had. So often, that treat is died orange and is overly saturated in honey syrup. This dessert was a natural color and maintained its crisp. Super cool! I noticed that this restaurant serves halal food, which is fantastic for the local community. I have so much respect for this place and the authentic dining experience they bring. My only note would be for the staff to be proactive in connecting with customers who look confused about what/how to order. Other than that, totally perfect. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area! ”

“ I can't say for sure if this is the best South Asian food in the area, but the owners are certainly the nicest. The Bangladeshi couple that own this place are adorable and so welcoming. The menu is easy to maneuver for experts and neophytes alike. My family is from Madras so I went with the hot Madras chicken curry with rice and a side of naan. It was good, though not very South Indian, but I'm excited to return and try some other cooking styles (including a pineapple curry). ”

“ Food -solid 4, all the dishes we ordered. Authentically cooked. Tasty. Portion size was decent for the price. Butter chicken - 4 /5. mild spice level, still had a little bit of heat. But not too much. Decent amount of white meat chicken, in a creamy buttery sauce. Enjoyed it. Eggplant- bharta mild was a 3/5. A little too watery and oily. Taste was ok, not great. Naan - 5/5- fluffy warm delicious. Puri- 5/5 - basically it's a fried dough, came out to the table, steaming, hot and delicious. Service- 5/5 nice, efficient. Family run restaurant one of the ladies took care of our table. She was sweet. Ambiance - 4/5 - simple dining area. There are some tables for a larger parties. On the side, you have booths. Everything is clean. It's not a fancy restaurant. But it's just fine. There's parking on the side of the building. And a side door that you can enter. Appears this might've been a home turned into a restaurant. I would definitely go back and try some of the other dishes like the grilled meat (Tandoori). ”
